Personal Training
Personal Training is a great option for athletes with needs beyond group classes.
BEGINNERS - We offer four onboarding classes to get started in CrossFit. However, If you have unique needs such as injury, illness, health issues or just don't feel comfortable in a group, personal training might be for you.
ADVANCED GOALS - Ready to compete or take your competitive edge up a notch? We can help you train for specific fitness and performance goals. For example, your first weight lifting meet or a custom strength cycle to add 5 lbs to your squat.
SPORTS TEAMS - Great option for off season training. We have trained everyone from football players to cheerleaders, soccer teams to hockey teams, to perform better at their sport and importantly, train to avoid injury. We can tailor a program to work on power, speed, strength, endurance or whatever combination your coach needs.
