Personal Training is a great option for athletes with needs beyond group classes.
BEGINNERS - We offer an On Ramp class to get started in CrossFit. However, If you have unique needs such as injury, illness, health issues or just don't feel comfortable in a group, personal training might be for you.
ADVANCED GOALS - Ready to compete or take your competitive edge up a notch? We can help you train for specific fitness and performance goals. For example, your first weight lifting meet or a custom strength cycle to add 5 lbs to your squat.
SPORTS TEAMS - Great option for off season training. We have trained everyone from football players to cheerleaders to perform better at their sport. We can tailor a program to work on power, speed, strength, endurance or whatever combination your coach needs.
Personal Training is billed at $100 per hour.
- Training slots can be shared by more than one individual and the rate remains the same.**
- Two friends want to prepare for an upcoming meet: $50 per person per hour
- Ten teammates want to do strength training: $10 per person per hour
**The only limitation is that we can only charge the hour to a single credit/debit card. We can also take cash.

In addition to being a trained nutrition coach, Tory has lived the healthy lifestyle and understands the struggles. Where as some nutrition coaches are former college or pro athletes that have never struggled with weight or health issues. Tory understands its not always about abs; its about creating long term health and happiness into your 90's.
Coach Tory has always believed in the power of food and its affect on health. When she was a teenager, she eliminated painful migraine headaches through nutrition. In 2015 Coach Tory was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Your thyroid controls your metabolism and your ability to burn fat and maintain body weight. Following the removal of her thyroid, Tory has to be pretty much perfect with her nutrition to maintain her weight and athletic performance. So, if Tory can do it so can you!
In addition to following her own advise, Tory has dedicated many years of study to coaching as well. She has an ever growing set of tools to help transfer her knowledge and techniques to anyone. So, she is not simply dishing out "this worked for me so you do it too." She has lots of strategies and continues to work to help everyone find their path to health.
